Are your body oils organic or all natural?

We do not make any claims to our body oils being organic or all natural. What we do claim is they are made with lots of love and NO alcohol.

Are the body oils designer fragrances?

No, our body oils by Scentsational Scents LLC are designer inspired and not the original designer scent. The fragrance names are the trademark and property of their respective owners. Scentsational Scents LLC is NOT affiliated with any brand name fragrances/perfumes or its manufacturers in any way.

What is the difference between Body Oils and Burning Oils?

Burning oils are mixed with a cutting agent such as DPG to be used for burning in an oil burner as they are not meant to be worn on any part of the body. Body oils are applied to the skin. Our body oils are dual-purposed, you can wear them AND burn them!! To burn them, add a small amount of water along with your favorite body oil.

How long will it take to receive my ordered items?

Your order will be custom made and filled in a small batch. This takes a little extra time to give you the quality you deserve. Please allow us 3-5 business days (Tues-Friday) to process and fill your order. All orders are processed in the order received. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the state you live in.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the United States.

 Do you offer free samples?

Sample packs are available for a nominal fee.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

For health and safety reasons, we are not able to offer exchanges. All sales are final. 

To prevent buyers’ remorse, we recommend ordering a sampler pack before placing a larger order. 

What are your payment methods?

We accept debit and all major credit cards.
